**Sifted Einkorn is used in our Einkorn bun, it retains both wheat germ and smaller bran. Our Unsifted Einkorn customization is available and it additionally retains the largest bran, which results in a slightly denser bun. We do not make any white flour, only whole grain flours.
Our Einkorn bun is flavourful and has only a mild sourdough tang. It is stone baked. We bake everything without the use of chemicals, preservatives or additives. You'll taste the difference and see why people are switching to Einkorn.
